Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and implement care.
Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and knowledge.
Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
Coordinate care, conduct resident assessment, and provide resident education.
Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
Provide assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe administration of resident care.

Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
