Job Responsibilities
- Possess critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide quality in home care and infusions as defined within the scope of practice by the Nurse practice act.
- Administer and teach self-administration of specialty pharmacy infusion therapies and injectables to patients.
- Proficiently access and maintain SPC/PIV/Midlines, CVAD (PICC/Implanted Ports), SCIG, perform phlebotomy and lab processing.
- Follow proper infection control measures.
- Coordinate the planning for delivery of nursing care with the Director of Nursing and make appropriate clinical decisions.
- Proactively update client/patient’s POC, health changes, and related incidents.
- Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific differences in the patient population.
- Ensure safe care to patients; adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards.
- Willingness to travel within assigned geographic region.
- Administer CPR and other emergency procedures as necessary.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of one year recent infusion experience, two years medical surgical or critical care/ER experience preferred.
Education: Licensed as a Registered Nurse through the State Board of Nursing required.
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse License
- Current CPR certification - hands-on class required
- Proof of current PPD
