Pay: $95,000 - $102,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the facility’s infection prevention and control program.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures in alignment with state and federal guidelines.
- Provide ongoing staff education and training to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and surveillance activities across departments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage outbreak response and mitigation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting to regulatory agencies.
- Actively contribute to Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) and other organizational initiatives.
