Job Title: ENGAGEMENT CENTER TRIAGE RN
Position: Practitioner responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in the Patient Engagement Center
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $29.70 - $46.04 per hour
Shift: Shift 1, Standard Hours: 40.00 per week
Work Type: Remote with onsite orientation for 1 week

Job Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for an identified group of patients.
- Provide telephone-based triage and patient/family education.
- Manage test results and coordinate patient care needs.
- Handle medication refills and other clinical tasks as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with patients to ensure an exceptional experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficiency with Epic Nurse Triage Software and call center technology

Requirements
Experience: Two years of clinical experience required; one year of RN experience or nursing student clinical rotation experience may be considered; three to five years in an applicable specialty preferred.
Education: Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
License & Certification:
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider or equivalent required within 90 days of hire
