Job Title: Registered Nurse RN Peds Oncology
Position: Nurse in Pediatric Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant unit
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $3/hour weekend shift differential, 18% night shift differential
Shift: Night, 7:00PM-7:30AM

Job Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients.
- Utilize specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to assess data and plan care.
- Formulate a plan of care, including discharge planning, utilizing assessment data.
- Implement the plan of care through direct patient care and supervision of healthcare team.
- Evaluate patient's progress towards goals and expected outcomes.
- Document assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record.
- Participate in research activities within clinical practice.
- Interact and participate in the education and orientation of facility personnel and patients.
- Contribute to society through activities that lead to excellent patient outcomes.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- Experience in acute care hospital setting
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional certification
Requirements
Experience: Experience must include working in an acute care setting within the past 12 months.
