Job Responsibilities

Provide direct clinical patient care.
Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.
Support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care.
Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Requirements

Experience:

Education: Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school; Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree)

License & Certification:

Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy
CPR certification
