- Responsible for the nursing care of the patients on your shift.
- Follow the Comprehensive Care Plan for your patients.
- Assist the Unit Manager with thorough and accurate documentation in the patient record when needed.
- Supervise the direct resident care personnel on your shift.
Required Skills

- Licensed to practice as a professional nurse in the State of Indiana
- Knowledge of nursing policies and procedures
- Administration of medication and treatment administration
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices
- Understanding of physical, psychological, social and medical needs of residents
