Pay: $110K–$140K+ DOE
Shift: Primarily Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with some flexible scheduling (e.g., 3x10s, rotating weekends)

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver direct outpatient care in designated specialty
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients independently
- Serve in surgical support or first assist roles (if applicable)
- Educate patients on diagnosis and treatment plans
- Support acute care workflows in fast-paced departments
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Active or eligible NM NP license
- DEA certification
- 1–3+ years of specialty experience
Preferred Skills
- ER/Urgent Care or First Assist experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Adaptable to a rural care environment
- Self-starter who thrives in semi-autonomous settings
Requirements
Experience: 1–3+ years of specialty experience preferred
Education: Master's degree or higher in Nursing
License & Certification:
- Active or eligible NM NP license
- DEA certification
