Assesses patient needs and identifies anticipated nursing outcomes
Coordinates patient care in collaboration with other health care team members

Experience: 5+ years of hospital or clinic experience, or 2+ years of specialty/critical care experience with specialty certification

Education: Associate’s (ADN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
