Job Responsibilities

Manage one or more clinical units.
Determine appropriate staffing levels to achieve organizational goals.
Participate in the development of the unit budget.
Monitor the units' compliance with standards.
Supervise nursing staff.

Requirements

Experience: Five (5) years of clinical nursing experience, two (2) years in a supervisory role; or four (4) years in a nursing lead role with management training.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.

License & Certification:

Valid nursing license from the State of Nevada as a Registered Nurse
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification accepted by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or other advanced certifications (may vary by position)
