Function as a patient care provider, supervisor, and clinical resource for staff.
Implement management and clinical activities.
Coordinate clinical activities to ensure the nursing process is operationalized utilizing Standards of Care/Standards of Practice.
Ensure the provision of patient care consistent with department/hospital and regulatory standards.

Effective verbal and written multilingual skill in languages appropriate to patient populations served by the Hospital.

Experience: Minimum of three to five years clinical experience required. Charge nurse or supervisory experience is preferred.

Education: Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate nursing program (BSN) preferred.
