Deliver nursing care responsibly and accountably as described professionally by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and legally by the State of Michigan.
Demonstrate competency through the critical thinking model known as the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Uphold the standards of professional performance as described by the ANA.
Strive to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Experience: One year of inpatient nursing experience strongly preferred.

Education: Associates in nursing required; Bachelors in nursing required within 5 years.
