Job Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problem needs and develop, implement, and evaluate patient chart for procedural imaging.
- Provide comprehensive assessment of patient needs and establish the plan of care.
- Modify the plan of care as needed based on outcomes assessment.
- Interact with patients to welcome, explain procedures, and respond to questions and concerns.
- Provide nursing care and advise patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Coordinate, collaborate, and delegate appropriately to ensure safe and effective care.
- Document and maintain accurate medical records and reports.
- Participate in quality improvement activities as appropriate.
- Serve as a patient advocate seeking community resources to meet patient needs.
- Contribute to the professional development of peers and healthcare colleagues.
- Demonstrate competencies in CICU/Telemetry and Imaging Services cardiac experience.
- Perform other first floor imaging nursing duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

- Registered by the ARRT
- CPR Certified
