Job Title: RN Floater Crisis Walk In Center
Position: Nurse providing crisis intervention services
Job Type: Full Time
Pay:
Shift: 12.5 hours on Sunday, floating days for a total of 37.5 hours per week, occasional Saturdays

Job Responsibilities
- Completes medical triage and assessment
- Case Management
- Medication administration including the administration of long-acting injection medications
- Distinguish between emergent/urgent needs and ongoing clinical work
- Medication Reconciliation with physicians and pharmacists
- Completes documentation in electronic medical records and utilizes varied electronic portals as needed
- Scheduling and tracking consumer appointments
- Provides medication education

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of paid behavioral health care experience with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or two (2) years with a Registered Nurse

- Current RN License from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Valid Driver’s License
Schedule:
- 37.5 hours per week with floating days, occasional Saturdays
