Job Title: RN Home Health - Coon Rapids |PTO + Bonuses
Position: RN in Home Health Care
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $40.00/hr. to $45.00/hr.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities
- Organize, develop, and direct skilled nursing services in accordance with standards and regulations.
- Ensure effective time management to meet client needs.
- Maintain high quality care, customer service, fiscal responsibility, and regulatory compliance in the Home Health division.
- Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate for client care and safety.
- Observe and report signs and symptoms to the physician regarding treatments and changes in the client's condition.
- Teach, supervise, and counsel clients and caregivers regarding nursing care needs and related problems.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of services utilizing agency EMR.
- Demonstrate understanding of payer sources and authorization requirements.
- Complete and document supervisory visits with LPN and/or HHA per regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, referral sources, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Minnesota
- Home health care experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills
- CPR certification within 6 months from date of hire
- Knowledge of EMR systems
Requirements
Experience: Home health care experience preferred.
Education: Licensed as a Registered Nurse.
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse license in Minnesota
- CPR certification
Schedule:
- 64-80 hours/pay period (0.8 - 1.0 FTE)
