Job Title: RN Home Health - Minneapolis |PTO + Bonuses
Position: Home Health RN
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $40.00/hr. to $45.00/hr.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct client care including initiating preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
- Monitor and report changes in client conditions, including reactions to treatments or medication.
- Educate, supervise, and counsel clients and caregivers on care needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and billing using Vivie’s EMR system.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality care following nursing standards, state and federal regulations.
- Organize, develop, and direct skilled nursing services.
- Communicate effectively and collaboratively with clients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in team meetings and special projects as assigned.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations
Preferred Skills
- CPR certification within 6 months of hire
- Valid driver's license and access to an insured personal vehicle
