Job Responsibilities

Perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients
Participate in patient and family teaching
Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel
Maintain standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit
Apply knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served

Required Skills

Core Skills

Current RN Licensure in Massachusetts
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Knowledge and skills necessary for patient care

Preferred Skills

Three months of nursing experience
Experience in a medical telemetry nursing unit

Requirements

Experience: Three (3) months preferred

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent

License & Certification:

Current RN Licensure in Massachusetts
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Schedule:

COVID-19 Requirements: Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt from the requirement

Supplemental Pay

Up to $12,000 New Hire Sign On Bonus for RN experience
$10,000 New Hire Sign On with 1-3 years of RN experience
$7,500 New Hire Sign On with less than 1 year of RN experience
