Job Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced practice services while overseeing day-to-day operational and supervisory functions for assigned APP staff.
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and operational efficiency across all Culinary Health Center sites.
- Function as an integral member of interprofessional teams, collaborating with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative staff.
- Perform comprehensive patient care including physical exams, health histories, and diagnostic procedures.
- Order and interpret tests, prescribe treatments and medications, and manage care across the patient continuum.
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to APPs throughout Culinary Health Center sites.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching conversations, and employee counseling.
- Support onboarding, training, and professional development for APP staff.
- Ensure adherence to clinical quality, patient safety, and compliance standards.
- Participate in workflow optimization, scheduling, and resource planning initiatives.

Requirements
Experience: 5 years as a nurse practitioner
Education: Master's degree in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse - Nevada State Board
- Nurse Practitioner - Nevada State Board
- NP Board Certified (ACNP, ANP, FNP, or AGNP)
- DEA Certificate
- Valid Nevada Board of Pharmacy certificate
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
- Advanced Radiology Life Support (ARLS) required upon hire
- USC Credentialing required within 6 months of hire
