Job Responsibilities

Functions under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Performs delegated functions.
Assists the physician by preparing and handling instruments.
Cares for scopes, supplies, and equipment in compliance with safety and infection control standards.
Adheres to policy and procedures and observes Universal Precautions.
Responsible for meeting the Standards of Care.
Works with patients from neonate to geriatric.
