Job Responsibilities
- Conduct online 'Video Visits' with health plan members.
- Provide 40 hours of availability weekly, consistently delivering 320+ capacity units per month.
- Execute a strong visit completion rate, consistently pacing 220+ completed visits per month.
- Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements.
- Engage with manager, team, and clinical meetings regularly.
- Be accountable to operational, clinical, and member experience metrics.
- Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas.
- Maintain board certification and multi-state licenses when preferred.
Required Skills

- Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations
- Experience in telehealth visit delivery
