Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement hospital-wide plans for nursing care, patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee work schedules, assignments, and staffing levels across all nursing units.
- Serve as a vital administrative resource for clinical directors/coordinators on policy and procedure development.
- Actively participate in Medical Staff and Medical Executive Committees and hospital Board meetings.
- Implement an effective, ongoing evaluation process for patient care.
- Develop, present, and manage the nursing services' portion of the hospital's budget.
- Stay informed and up-to-date in all aspects of nursing care and management.

- Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration
- Experience as a CNO

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; strongly preferred Master’s Degree in relevant fields.
License & Certification:
- Active and current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
