Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care.
Collaborates with medical providers and care team members.
Provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care.
Assesses patient pain regularly and promotes effective pain management.
Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers.
Documents care administration in the patient medical record in a timely manner.
Responds promptly to patient requests and anticipates patient needs.
Teaches patients/families/caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications.
Translates complex medical terminology for patient understanding.
Prepares patients and families for future self-management.

Experience:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing
