- Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
- Provide care and services to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition.
- Assign duties to CNAs and provide clinical supervision.
