Job Title: Primary & Urgent Care | Nurse Practitioner
Position: Openings across multiple specialties
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $110K–$140K depending on experience and specialty, Starting Bonus: Up to $10,000, Relocation Assistance: Up to $14,000
Shift: Flexible – Monday through Friday preferred, with some 3x10s, 4x12s, or rotating weekends

Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions in outpatient settings
- Deliver urgent care and emergency response when needed
- Perform first-assist in surgical roles (Ortho/CT Surgery)
- Collaborate with MDs and specialists to develop care plans
- Educate patients on conditions, meds, recovery, and wellness
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Active NP license in NM (or compact eligible)
- DEA certification (if applicable)
- 1–3+ years in relevant clinical experience
Preferred Skills
- Comfortable with both urban and rural care environments
- Spanish language proficiency
- Experience in multi-specialty or high-volume clinics
Requirements
Experience: 1–3+ years in relevant clinical experience
Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing
License & Certification:
- Active NP license in NM (or compact eligible)
- DEA certification (if applicable)
Schedule:
- Flexible – Monday through Friday preferred
