Provides clinical leadership and support for the specialty practices within the division for the medical group.
Collaborates with all members of the healthcare team to ensure a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
Develops and implements quality and safety initiatives.
Performs continuous quality improvement monitoring, and compiles the data for reporting to develop and implement quality action plans.
Creates continuous improvement plans focusing on enhancing patient safety, implementing risk reduction strategies, and improving infection prevention.
Collaborates with practice leaders to educate and guide staff on patient and staff safety and quality.

Experience: 3 years Clinical Nursing Experience

Education: Bachelor's of Nursing
