Job Responsibilities
- Deliver top-quality care to residents through the administration of medications and treatments
- Assist with training, guidance, and motivation of team members in the healthcare department
- Assist with comprehensive assessments per regulatory requirements
- Monitor data entry dashboard for compliance
- Uphold confidentiality and Health Insurance and Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations
- Ensure resident satisfaction and delivery of required services and timely communication with residents’ families where appropriate
