Job Responsibilities
- Develop goals and objectives with the child and family based on psychological evaluation and treatment goals.
- Maintain at least weekly contact with caregivers, Mobile Therapists (MT), and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) to monitor the implementation of the resiliency plan.
- Facilitate Interagency Service Planning Team (ISPT) meetings to review the child's progress and adjust treatment as needed.
- Complete all required documentation, including Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and resiliency plan updates.
- Provide clinical supervision of assigned MTs and BHTs, including training on resiliency plans and behavioral interventions.
- Ensure compliance with Child and Adolescent Service System Program (CASSP) principles and take annual training.
- Perform CPR and restrictive procedures following agency-trained protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Certification as a board-certified behavioral analyst (BCBA) or other relevant certification.
- Graduate degree in applied behavioral analysis, psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
- Experience providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; Publisher experience preferred.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services.
Education: Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, counseling, or related field.
License & Certification:
- License in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, or similar.
- Certification as a board-certified behavioral analyst (BCBA) or related certification.
