Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of nursing care.
- Work in collaboration with medical, ancillary, and support staff to maintain nursing practice standards.
- Provide leadership and serve as a clinical and leadership resource for the staff.
- Act as a role model for the nursing team.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Current RN License in the state of application
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification (required after 90 days)
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments
- Comfort with vents, trachs, PICC lines, etc.
- Two years of experience in direct patient care
Requirements
Experience: One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
Education:
License & Certification:
- RN License

- ACLS certification
