Job Responsibilities
- Participate in RN orientation and Nurse Residency Transition to Practice Program.
- Engage in a Mentoring Program.
- Support career development with Nursing certifications.
- Implement Relationship Based Care and Shared Governance.
- Work in various departments such as Specialty Medical Surgical, Progressive Care, Emergency Department, Operating Room, Behavioral Health, LDRPs, NICU, and ICUs based on staffing needs.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school (ACEN, CCNE, NLN CNEA)
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency or eligible to sit for the Indiana Registered exam
- Oral and written communication skills
- Computer skills for documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Problem-solving and learning attitude
