Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the clinical operations of the team of field staff.
- Report directly to the Agency Administrator.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Understand and address issues related to the delivery of home health care services.
- Problem solve effectively.
- Review plans of care on a daily basis.

- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines
Preferred Skills
- Management/supervisory experience
- Previous home health experience
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of one year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
Education: Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
License & Certification:
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state
