Oversee operations for the Operating Room (OR) and Endoscopy Department.
Manage daily practice of professional nursing and delivery of nursing care.
Establish clinical direction of nursing care and provide clinical supervision.
Maintain quality outcomes and patient care standards.
Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care.
Supervise caregivers and promote their development.
Maintain adherence to JCAHO and other regulatory standards.
Coordinate unit operations with other units/departments.
Develop and monitor budgets, approve purchases, and establish/revise inventory quotes.
Analyze personnel structure and determine staffing needs.
Evaluate performance, conduct selection and termination processes, and develop strategic plans.
Participate in clinical nursing research and support foundation research activities.

Experience: Three years of recent clinical nursing experience, including at least one year of healthcare management experience.

Education: Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN)

License & Certification:

Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
