Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with rhythm disorders or implantable cardiac devices using diagnostic testing and history taking.
- Provide pre-and post-procedure care and education for patients undergoing procedures such as pacemaker or ICD implantation, ablation, Watchman implant, or other electrophysiology procedures in both hospital and outpatient settings.
- Perform comprehensive History and Physical Examinations.
- Independently provide care to patients in the electrophysiology clinic under general or indirect supervision.
- Regularly confer with electrophysiologists regarding diagnosis, treatment, and best therapy projected while alerting physicians to abnormal findings.
