Job Responsibilities

Deliver the highest quality patient care according to the specific orders of each patient’s individual physician.
Educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits.
Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs.
Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
Administer patients’ medications and provide treatments according to physicians’ orders.
Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.

Requirements

Experience: Experience as a Registered Nurse preferred

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program

License & Certification:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows practice in the state
Basic Life Support (BLS) required
