Deliver nursing care responsibly and accountably as described by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and legally by the State of Michigan.
Demonstrate competency through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Uphold the standards of professional performance as described by the ANA, including ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, research, quality of practice, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health.
Strive to achieve optimal outcomes for patients.

Experience: 6+ months of RN experience preferred

Education: Associates in Nursing required; Bachelor's in Nursing required within 5 years
