Provide nursing care in an operative setting to patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures.
Perform scrub and circulating functions.
Prepare the OR, surgical instruments and equipment for use.

Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) within six months of hire

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
One year of RN experience or completion of Cleveland Clinic’s Perioperative Residency Program

Experience: One year of RN experience or completion of Cleveland Clinic’s Perioperative Residency Program

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)

Physical Requirements: Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
