Job Responsibilities
- Oversees clinical operations, ensuring that patient care services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Develops and implements departmental policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives and enhance patient care outcomes.
- Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care that meets the needs of the patient population.
- Manages departmental budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of personnel and equipment while maintaining high standards of care.
- Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to patient care, staffing, and clinical operations.
- Supports the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of clinical staff, providing mentorship and fostering a positive working environment.
- Monitors and evaluates clinical performance metrics, implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Facilitates effective communication and collaboration between clinical staff, administration, and external stakeholders to address patient care needs and operational challenges.
- Participates in strategic planning initiatives, contributing to the long-term growth and development of clinical services.
- Responds to and resolves patient care issues, complaints, and incidents, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.
- Maintains current knowledge of industry trends, clinical best practices, and healthcare regulations, ensuring that the department remains compliant and competitive.
- May function in the role of Assistant Administrator in markets which support this model.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required; 2-4 years of previous leadership experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required; Master's Degree preferred.
License & Certification:
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required
