Position: Clinical Nurse 2 Colleague

Job Type: Full Time

Pay:

Shift: 36 hours per week, rotating between Days/Nights every 2 months. Every 3rd weekend.

Provides patient care through the application of the nursing process.
Works closely with the interprofessional health care team to facilitate coordination of care.
Demonstrates safe practice within the organizational professional practice model.
Exhibits competencies in Continuous Quality Improvement, Evidence Based Practice and Research, Leadership, Person and Family Centered Care, Professionalism, Safety, Technology/Informatics, and Teamwork.
Seeks feedback in assuming leadership roles and provides feedback for improved clinical practice.
Complies with all regulations and standards of regulatory and accrediting bodies.

Experience: More than 15 months relevant professional nursing experience.

Education: Bachelor of Arts or Science (BSN)
